Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your permanent makeup appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Notification Period: We kindly request a minimum of 7 days notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows (clients who fail to arrive without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment without incurring any additional fees if the request is made at least 7 days before the original appointment time.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of documented emergencies or sudden illness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by e-mail or telephone.
Refunds: Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable. If you have prepaid for your appointment and are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to our refund policy.
Refund Policy. Refunds for full pre-payment of services will be issued if there is at least 7 days notice before your appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive to your appointment on time, late arrivals after 10 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be charged in full.
Minimum Age Limit: All clients must be 18+.
Guests: Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment; they will be turned away due to safety precautions.
